The idea

With the services in this first category we help you clarify what message should be communicated, and to identify the best way to do so. We assist with creating a theme, designing a special invitation or making a visual impression of the event.

The preparation

This is the core business of the production of an event: an evident budget, location planning, clear agreements with the right suppliers, required permits and a solid insurance. Often the following questions are beings asked: how do I inform visitors? How do I sell tickets, will it be arranged online and will we make badges? How do we increase the input and interaction with the target group? The services in this category offer help and answers to these questions.

The realization

During the event a tight schedule is maintained. To realize a flawless and stress free production a detailed plan of action will be developed. Afterwards photos and videos can be shared and a survey can be sent to the visitors to complete the evaluation.
