Working method

We have found that the working method explained below makes the projects we handle run very smoothly. 

Phase 1 - Acquaintance and briefing
Of course you want to know who you're dealing with and who we are. And we would like to get to know you. During our first meeting we line up all your ideas and wishes which we form into a joint target. We'll put together a project team with one main contact person.

Phase 2 - Concept and budget
Based on the briefing and the targets we create a concept and calculate a budget for this. We present our concept using a visual presentation. If adjustments are necessary, we will make those until you are completely satisfied.

Phase 3 - Planning and plan of action
After agreeing on the concept and budget, we will make a final budget and stick to that. Now it is time to start making a plan of action to ensure that everyone will know what will happen when and where.

Phase 4 - Preliminary process and pre-production
We will be in contact on a regular basis to ensure everyone keeps pursuing the same goals and is on the same page. The plan of action will be supplemented and completed.

Phase 5 - Event
Naturally our team is present during the event itself and will direct everything, from the beginning of the build up, the event itself, to finally making sure that we leave nothing but an empty and clean location. Besides that we will be the main contact for all of the involved suppliers and partners.

Phase 6 - Follow-up and evaluation
Photos and video that are made will be available right after the event. Thank you gifs are sent and the online evaluation will be mailed to the visitors. After all the follow-up actions are performed, we will together evaluate all of the results.
